Senior Online Marketer. Consumer Electronics, Amsterdam. *VERVULD*

As part of the EMEA Online Sales Team in a rapidly growing company, the senior online marketer will be responsible for developing, managing and analyzing the performance of digital marketing channels specifically designed to develop the direct sales. These marketing channels currently include, but are not limited to, SEM, Comparison Sites, Affiliate Marketing and Retargeting.

Our client, a global market leader in consumer electronics, is looking for a senior online marketer to support the business ambitions in c-commerce. Developing the online direct sales channels is a key priority for their consumer lifestyle division. You will harness the KPI performance across digital marketing channels and look for commercial opportunities through focused initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

As part of the EMEA online sales team in a rapidly growing company, the senior online marketer will be responsible for developing, managing and analyzing the performance of digital marketing channels specifically designed to develop the direct sales. These marketing channels currently include, but are not limited to, SEM, Comparison Sites, Affiliate Marketing and Retargeting.

  • You will manage different agency resources and work closely with the rest of the online sales team to align with promotions and other activities;
  • Manage and develop the e-commerce marketing channels: SEA, SEO, Comparison sites, Affiliate Marketing and Retargeting;
  • Analyze the performance metrics, i.e. increase traffic towards E-commerce channels and improve ROI Manage and work closely with online marketing agencies;
  • Develop campaign dashboard;
  • Monitoring results;
  • Control e-commerce marketing budget;
  • Stay on top of changes in the e-commerce and online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization;
  • Manage product review program;
  • Align with (digital) marketing team for digital media campaigns.

Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration;
  • At least 3-5 years of Online Marketing and Sales experience;
  • Has proven successes in an E-commerce function at a manufacturer brand, or online retailer;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive E-commerce sales through E-commerce marketing strategy and tactics;
  • Ability to translate E-commerce (marketing) opportunities into actions;
  • Ability to drive organizational change based on E-commerce objectives;
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment;
  • Experience in working cross-regional and globally with a diverse, multicultural team.
