The job

In this role, you will partner with business, marketing and technology teams to create compelling product strategies, build product roadmaps, and deliver high-quality experiences that delight customers and drive business growth.

As Head of Product B2B you will:

  • Lead all aspects of the e-commerce platform for B2B, including strategic roadmap prioritization, metrics and operations.
  • Drive revenue through new product launches & business models and optimization across all key flows that encompass the e-commerce platform.
  • Drive product innovation across all aspects of e-commerce touchpoints including building out A/B testing frameworks, campaigns and compelling user experiences that drive conversion.
  • Lead a team of product owners and liaise with user experience designers, and analysts to create the strategy and roadmap for e-commerce.
  • Lead together with the Global Head of E-commerce, Product Management initiatives to improve the Customer Experience, such as site speed and performance as well as optimization of core flows.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop product roadmap initiatives that span marketing, merchandising, pricing & promotions, shipping & fulfillment, customer service and data analytics.
  • Foster a spirit of team unity across product management, design, engineering, and QA and with team members across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate

Success in this role requires extensive knowledge and leadership on the medical digital customer journey and communication skills to ensure building and delivering a high quality e-commerce customer experience.

Besides that we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Prior experience leading e-commerce platform transformations using a combination of third-party and home-grown solutions.
  • A subject matter expert on e-commerce technologies and platforms whereby knowledge on SAP Hybris has a preference.
  • Someone who is well versed in agile development methodologies and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who comfortably navigates in enterprise-scale product and engineering environments.
  • Someone who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
  • Someone who is motivated, dynamic, strategic and results-oriented.
  • Someone who has strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Someone who is highly analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Someone who has strong leadership skills and the ability to influence.
